CDS Security breaks away from the typical “out-of-the-box” solutions, by providing expert knowledge and advice in line with new and emerging technologies. We understand not only physical security but also technology, telecommunications and building management.

Working closely with our clients and suppliers, we conduct regular meetings for feedback and operational improvements. To ensure redundancy for incoming service requests, specified email addresses are distributed to a number of team members. An optional online service portal can be made available to clients if required.

Our service department prides itself on exceeding key performance indicators. All jobs are assessed and given to the team member who has the skills needed for the project. Each service undertaken is logged and recorded in our database, which helps highlight any issues that arise enabling us to be proactive and rectify our processes.

CDS Security utilises a highly customised database management system which tracks all aspects of jobs from initial system design, site visits, quotations, proposals, as-built, document and soft copy production. All systems have auditable tracking of all changes to ensure accountability of staff.
