Our Team

Mark Taylor

Founder and Director of CDS Security, Mark’s experience in the security industry spans the globe and consists of over 18 years working with some of the largest financial, corporate and government institutions in the world. 

One of Australia’s most knowledgeable network security specialists, Mark is inspired by new technology and is always on the look-out for innovative solutions for our clients. With an impressive list of contacts and a responsive, down-to-earth approach, Mark ensures that clients’ expectations are met or exceeded every time.

Ted Glenn

Ted is the National Sales Manager of CDS Security. Ted has over 25 years of security industry experience. His extensive knowledge from the ground up has provided him with the ability to effectively understand and implement a variety of powerful solutions throughout his career. CDS Security highly values his ability to apply technical experience to practical applications. Ted is relationship focused which is shown through his extemsive list of industry contacts.

Fiona Chapman

Fiona joined the CDS Team in 2010 as Office Manager. With a strong business background she has been instrumental in the organisation and the maintaining of the office systems. Fiona is also the Quality Safety & Environment Manager for CDS Security. She attained her lead Auditor/Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2008 on Quality Management Systems in May 2011.

Andrew Alderton

Andrew is a security technician whose skills enable him to learn new products quickly and is our product expert on IP solutions. His fault finding skills have been developed over the past 18 years while working in Australia and New Zealand within the electrical / security industries. He is involved with new product selection and assessment for CDS Security. Andrew is a valued member of our technical team.

Shane Munn

Shane joined CDS Team in 2011, he has extensive experience in Security Installation and Maintenance. Shane has a strong knowledge in IP Camera Solutions, most recently attaining qualification in Genetec Security Centre, Milestone VMS and Axis Cameras. Shane enjoys increasing his knowledge of industry developments and applying them in the field..
